How to sign in
Open account.aithao.com. Enter your username or AiThao number and request a code. It arrives as a message from Support inside the app. Enter it on the website. This signs you into an existing account rather than creating a new one.
Where to check minutes and purchases
Your account shows your plan, remaining minutes, purchases and daily translation usage. Buying minutes and using them are separate records: check both sections. If expected information is missing, first check which account you signed into.
If the code does not arrive
Check your username and open the same account in the app with an internet connection. Find the Support chat. The code arrives in AiThao, not by SMS. If you requested another code, use the latest one. Never forward it to someone else.
When you finish
On a shared or borrowed computer, sign out of the account: closing the tab does not replace signing out. Use sign out everywhere to end other website sessions when needed. The web account shows account information; conversations remain in the app.
