Translation and liability notice

AiThao uses independent providers for speech recognition, machine translation and translated speech. Content sent for translation is processed by those providers under their own terms. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent.

A translation may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Accuracy and response time depend on the language pair, audio quality, internet connection and provider availability. We do not guarantee accuracy or delivery time. Confirm important information with the other person or a qualified human interpreter. Do not rely on translation for medical, legal or financial decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, AiThao is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unavailable translation, including problems caused by a third-party provider. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or your statutory consumer rights. The full Terms of Service set out the applicable conditions.
